#thanksdriver Campaign – Transit NSW

Congratulations to Thanh from our Burwood Depot who recently received a commendation from a fellow transport worker regarding his excellent customer service. Having not planned their trip, this customer found himself and his son running to catch the bus. Thanh noticed the intending customers and waited at the bus stop for them to arrive, a small gesture that the customer said meant the world to them. Well done Thanh - keep up the fantastic customer service and thanks for being such a valued member of #teamtransit.
