#thanksdriver Campaign – RiverCity Ferries

Hats off to Julie and Dylan from our RiverCity Ferries team who received a fantastic compliment for the way they handled an incident onboard their ferry. Despite a crisis unfolding, the customer was impressed with how calm the pair remained and the concern and compassion they showed the customer involved. What a great team to have onboard!
