A big shout out to Michael from our NSW team for going above and beyond to help his customers. Michael's repeated efforts helping our elderly customers board and alight the bus safely didn't go unnoticed by a fellow customer, who went out of their way to let us know of his exceptional customer service. Well done Michael and thank you for taking such great care of our customers!
