Today's Thank You Thursday shout out goes to Kaz in our NSW team for going above and beyond when helping a customer navigate the bus network. Sending a child out on public transport can be stressful for a parent but Kaz's thoughtful and supportive nature helped put this parent at ease knowing her daughter would be on the right service.
