Today's Thank You Thursday shout out goes to Atish from our NSW team who recently received a commendation for his excellent customer service. A customer contacted us to say how grateful they were that Atish took a moment to wait for them to cross the road to join the bus stating that while it was only a moment for Atish, it made a huge difference to them and their day. A great compliment that shows how sometimes it's the little things that mean so much to people. Well done Atish - keep up the fantastic work and thanks for being as valued member of #teamtransit
